Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist, based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, QLD. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for client relationship management, driving property sales, meeting sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include conducting property inspections, negotiating deals, assisting with marketing strategies for listings, and participating in team training and development initiatives.
QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide outstanding support to clientsProven skills in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets and effectively closing dealsExperience in delivering Training and mentoring to team members is a plusStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the real estate market; experience in Gold Coast real estate is advantageousAbility to work as part of a team and independently, with a results-driven mindsetHolds a valid real estate license in Queensland or the willingness to obtain one
