NDRA Electrical is a family-run business based on the Gold Coast.
We specialise in insurance work, commercial projects, solar (via a dedicated crew), and high-end residential electrical.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled, reliable electrician who takes pride in their work and can lead jobs or develop into a leading hand role.

The Role

• Full-time position based on the Gold Coast.

• Work across insurance, commercial, and residential projects.

• Opportunity to step into job-running or leadership roles depending on experience.

• Variety of work, consistent pipeline, and supportive management.

What’s on Offer

• $45 – $60 per hour (based on experience)

• Company van + fuel card.

• Phone allowance.

• Overtime potential.

• Exposure to a broad range of projects and steady, long-term work,
  AroFlo experience is preferred but not required.

What We’re Looking For

• Queensland Electrical Licence.

• White Card.

• Manual Driver’s Licence.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their work.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.

• Confidence to run jobs or lead others on site (depending on experience)

Bonus Points For

• Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices.

• Familiarity with insurance or commercial electrical work.

• Keen attitude to grow with the business.
