We’re a growing residential building company delivering high-quality new homes, renovations, and extensions across Townsville and North Queensland. We’re looking for a Carpenter Foreman / Leading Hand who can run jobs properly, lead a crew, and take pride in top-tier workmanship.

This is a leadership role, not just swinging a hammer.

The Role

• Run residential sites from start to finish

• Lead and manage a small team of carpenters and apprentices

• Coordinate trades and materials

• Maintain quality, safety, and program timelines

• Communicate clearly with management and clients

• Set the standard on site — workmanship, attitude, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Carpenter with foreman or leading hand experience

• Strong leadership and site management skills

• High attention to detail and pride in your work

• Reliable, organised, and professional

• Able to read plans and manage multiple trades on site

• White Card & Driver’s License required
