Full-Time and Part-Time Early Childhood Educators
About the role:
Are you an Early Childhood Educator who values connection, creativity, and meaningful learning experiences? Â We are seeking caring and dedicated Educators to join our Lilydale Early Learning team.
We have both full-time and part-time positions available, ideal for someone looking to make a positive impact.
Cire Early Learning Lilydale boasts a modern, purpose-built 120 place service with 7 rooms. We have two expansive outdoor spaces, an onsite community garden and lots of opportunities for local excursions thanks to our central Lilydale location. Our Lilydale service strives to provide safe and stimulating environments where children will thrive and reach their full potential. We provide various learning opportunities based on children’s individual interests and abilities.
What you will be doing:
As an Educator within our service, you’ll:
- Support the delivery of engaging, child-focused learning programs consistent with the service philosophy and policies and procedures and aligned with EYLF and NQS
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
- Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
- Contribute to documenting of children's learning and development

About You
You are someone who:
- Is passionate about early childhood education and creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments
- Comfortable working within the National Quality and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks
- Is compassionate, caring, and committed to making a positive difference for children and families
- Be an engaging and effective communicator (with children and families)
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Essential Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum), with a preference to upskill in future
- Have a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Have a current Working with Children Check
