Who We Are & Why It MattersKatherine West Health Board (KWHB) is a community-led Aboriginal health service delivering integrated primary healthcare, family support, and wellbeing programs across a vast 162,000 km² footprint in the NT — spanning from the WA border to the edge of the Tanami Desert.
Our work goes beyond clinics. It’s grounded in Aboriginal cultural values, self-determination, and a belief in holistic care — where healing includes the spiritual, cultural, emotional, and social dimensions of wellbeing.
We’re known for our welcoming and tight-knit teams, with people who genuinely support each other and the communities they serve. We value inclusion, connection, and creating spaces where people feel respected and safe — and where you’ll be backed from day one.
This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to do meaningful work, walk alongside communities, and play a part in healing trauma with care, respect, and integrity.
