What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the heartbeat of the sales team, supporting daily operations while building your own sales muscle.

  • Chatting with new leads, booking appointments, and keeping the energy high
  • Managing CRM data like a pro (we’ll teach you everything)
  • Helping run the sales office - open, close, and make it shine
  • Jumping into socials, updating listings, and keeping marketing on point
  • Getting involved in events, launches, and VIP client days

What We’re Looking For

You’re confident, curious, and love people. You don’t need years of experience - just the right mindset.

  • You’re a great communicator who loves connecting and making things happen
  • You’re organised, sharp, and switched-on
  • You’ve got hustle, ambition, and care about doing things right
  • Real estate experience is a bonus, not a must
  • You’re happy to work weekends (where the action is!)

Must haves:

  • NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Reliable car + valid driver’s licence

Pay: $50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • NSW Property Certificate of Registration (Preferred)
