What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the heartbeat of the sales team, supporting daily operations while building your own sales muscle.
- Chatting with new leads, booking appointments, and keeping the energy high
- Managing CRM data like a pro (we’ll teach you everything)
- Helping run the sales office - open, close, and make it shine
- Jumping into socials, updating listings, and keeping marketing on point
- Getting involved in events, launches, and VIP client days

What We’re Looking For
You’re confident, curious, and love people. You don’t need years of experience - just the right mindset.
- You’re a great communicator who loves connecting and making things happen
- You’re organised, sharp, and switched-on
- You’ve got hustle, ambition, and care about doing things right
- Real estate experience is a bonus, not a must
- You’re happy to work weekends (where the action is!)
Must haves:
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Reliable car + valid driver’s licence
