We are seeking an experienced SITE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team in Darwin on a significant role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ABOUT YOU
-
Minimum of at least 3-year relevant experience, ideally with site background
-
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
-
Proven experience in a site administration role within construction, mining, O&G or industrial environments.

Understanding of cost tracking, cost control, and financial reporting.

Proficient in data entry, invoicing, purchase orders, and time sheet management.

Knowledge of timesheet approval workflows and labour hour tracking.

Familiarity with project budgets, cost codes, and financial reconciliation.

Familiar in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Pronto) and Microsoft Excel

Ideally w/ prior experience with shutdown or maintenance projects
