We now looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Interpreter to join the team at Southport.

What The Role Entails

Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required partsLiaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiriesAssist with stock checking and order processingUse of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service

What We Are Looking For

Genuine parts interpreting experienceCurrent manual drivers licenseExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsPentana background in inventory control preferredGood computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & OutlookPrevious supervisory experience and team leadership is preferred, however not essential
