OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR /SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
Hawkesbury Refrigeration has a FULL TIME position Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm joining our team in Sth Windsor. The role involves scheduling appointments, parts ordering, quoting, customer enquiries, invoicing, accounts & data processing.
*Scheduling will be the primary focus of daily responsibilities
Skills & Experience:
*Highly organised
*Advanced computer skills - MS office
*MYOB proficiency must include setup, payroll and reporting capabilities
*Excellent communication skills at all levels
*Analytical mind with strong attention to detail
*Exceptional customer service
*Work in a timely manner and without supervision
*Experience in a similar role highly desirable
*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administration or service coordination role
*Australian work rights are essential for this position
