About the role

As a Production Press Operator at Top Stock Agencies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and high-quality production of animal feed mixes at our manufacturing facility in Mareeba, Queensland. This is a full time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing as a Press Operator

• Operating the pellet press and production process.

• Performing various manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and organising materials and equipment

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment

• Work with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

• Follow all safety protocols and reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors

What we're looking for

• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods, good hand / eye coordination and great attitude.

• Ideally hold a Forklift (FL) licence

• A team-oriented approach and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels

• Reliable with a good attitude
