The exciting opportunity

• Choice of casual, part time or full time work
• Predominantly night shifts available across all days
• Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our beautiful 135 bed aged care Blue Haven facility in Kiama
• Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
• Formulate and update person centred care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that accurately reflect the care delivered
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

About you

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration and experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
• Passion for residential aged care and providing the elderly with person centred care
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
