Property Manager – Experienced | Full-Time

Start 2026 with a new opportunity to lead an established residential portfolio within our supportive Property Management team.

Your Role:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and trades

• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs from start to finish

• Manage arrears efficiently to ensure timely rent collection

• Oversee repairs and maintenance

• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections

• Handle rent reviews and lease renewals

• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings when required

About You:

• Experienced Property Manager with excellent communication skills

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience preferred

• Professional and confident when dealing with tenants and landlords

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-driven

• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

• Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
