This position is for work in Bathurst Island, Darwin and Gove so you must be willing to travel and work a 3 week on 1 week off roster. Charter flights, accommodation and meals are provided.

This role suits reliable, skilled concreters who take pride in quality workmanship and are capable of working efficiently in a team-based construction environment, including remote project locations.

About the Role

You will be involved in a wide range of concreting works including formwork, reinforcement, pours, finishing and associated civil and structural works across commercial, residential and remote construction projects.

SH Build operates its own concrete batch plant and concrete truck, allowing for greater efficiency, quality control and consistency across our projects.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience as a Concreter

• Strong knowledge of construction site safety requirements

• Machinery operating tickets (highly advantageous)

• Commitment to high-quality workmanship, practices and procedures

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual and motivated
