The Role: Lead & Optimise

We are seeking a high-level professional to manage and optimise multiple PVC extrusion lines. This isn't just a "monitoring" role; you will be a technical lead on the floor, ensuring our high-performance profiles meet strict Australian standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Line Management: Mastering startups, shutdowns, and complex tooling changeovers.

• Process Optimisation: Fine-tuning line speeds, heat profiles, and vacuum settings for maximum efficiency.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnosing production issues and performing essential tooling/downstream maintenance.

• Workflow: Managing resources and organising tasks to ensure the line hits output targets without compromising quality.

• Waste Reduction: Applying your "sound decision-making" to minimise scrap and maximise material usage.

What You Bring

• PVC Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in PVC Extrusion (essential).

• Technical Precision: Proven ability to manage quality control and use precision measuring tools.

• Leadership Qualities: Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and work with team members.

• Work Rights: Must have full Australian work authorization at the time of application.
