Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Senior Florist based in Coldstream, styling world class venues with florals for weddings and events. The Senior Florist will oversee day-to-day floral design operations, order management, create innovative floral arrangements, and ensure that all designs align with client themes and sustainability practices. Key responsibilities include working with team to create floral arrangements, ensuring efficient execution of the florals at venues, managing flower preparation and storage, and mentoring junior team members as needed.
QualificationsProficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral DesignStrong Creativity Skills for developing unique and impactful designsExperience in event and venue DecorationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environmentPrior experience in wedding or event floristry is highly desirableFormal training or qualification in floral design or a related field is a plus
