At Kin Early Learning Centre, we’re looking for qualified Educators who care deeply about children, value strong relationships, and want to be part of a team that genuinely shows up for each other.
This role will work across both Kin centres, supporting our teams and children where needed. A travel allowance is provided to recognise the flexibility and commitment this role requires.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
-
Are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences
-
Build genuine connections with children and families
-
Enjoy working as part of a supportive, positive team
-
Are flexible and comfortable working across two centre locations
-
Take pride in your role and the impact you make each day
Please note:
-
We are not offering visa sponsorship
-
This role is not suitable for applicants working towards a Graduate Diploma or holding a Graduate Diploma
Why educators choose Kin:
-
A warm, welcoming culture where people matter
-
Supportive leadership who are present and approachable
-
A strong focus on quality, wellbeing and relationships
-
A workplace where your voice is heard and your work is valued
-
A team that genuinely enjoys coming to work together
If you’re an educator who wants to feel supported, appreciated, and excited about the work you do — and are open to working across both of our Kin centres — we’d love to hear from you.
