EPEE FENCING COACH WANTED

Gold Coast Fencing Academy is seeking a suitably qualified Épée Fencing Coach to join our growing program on the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for an experienced fencing practitioner with a strong technical foundation and a commitment to athlete development.
Key Requirements1. Demonstrated prior sport fencing experience, specifically in épée2. Coaching credentials verifiable with AusFencing3. Willingness and eligibility to obtain and hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – Queensland)Strong communication skills and the ability to work with juniors, cadets, and adult fencers4. Professional approach aligned with a high-performance and development-focused training environment
Desirable Attributes1. Previous coaching experience in a club or academy setting2. Familiarity with modern, athlete-centred coaching approaches3. Interest in long-term program development and competition preparation
