PrintForce Australia is seeking a motivated Full-Time Signboard Production Assistant to join our Biggera Waters team. This is a critical support role working directly alongside our Signs Co-ordinator. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is an expert at vinyl application and possesses the technical aptitude to assist with our wide-format print operations.

The Role

Your primary daily focus will be the preparation and application of vinyl to real estate signboards. You will be the "engine room" of our assembly process, ensuring every sign is finished to a premium standard.

Additionally, you will provide essential backup on our wide-format printers. While our Signs Co-ordinator handles the bulk of the printing, you will be the "go-to" person to output vinyl and manage print runs when the Co-ordinator is away or when production volumes peak.

Key Responsibilities

• Vinyl Specialist: Expertly apply vinyl to real estate boards with speed, precision, and zero bubbles.

• Print Support: Assist with the operation and basic maintenance of Canon Colorado and HP Latex wide-format printers.

• Production Backup: Independently output print jobs to keep the workflow moving when the Signs Co-ordinator is off-site.

• Assembly & Finishing: Use hand tools and equipment to prepare boards for final dispatch.

• Facility Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, and high-tech workspace (we strictly value a "clean workspace, clean attitude").

What You Bring

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in a signage production or wide-format print environment.

• Vinyl Skills: Significant experience in vinyl application—you must be confident hitting the ground running in this area.

• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with (or a strong desire to master) wide-format printers, specifically Canon Colorado or HP Latex systems.

• Reliability: A valid driver’s licence and a dedicated, professional work ethic.

• Physical Fitness: This role is physically demanding and requires heavy lifting on a daily basis.
