We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities by promoting independence, empowerment, and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities
• Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication assistance
• Support participants in accessing the community, engaging in social and recreational activities, and attending appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals involved in the participant’s care

Requirements:

• Previous experience in disability support or a similar role (preferred)
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or relevant qualification
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others

Pay: $31.76 – $41.76 per hour
