About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Resort Couple to manage and maintain our beautiful resort in Labrador, Queensland. This is a full-time position with on-site accommodation provided, making it the perfect opportunity for a team who thrives in a lifestyle role within the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting, hands on, with the day-to-day operations of the resort, including guest services, maintenance, and housekeeping supervision

2. Ensuring the resort facilities and grounds are well-maintained and presentable at all times

3. Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

4. Ensuring clean, neat and tidy common areas for residents and guests

5. Supervising and training any staff to uphold the resort's high standards

6. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a similar resort or hospitality services role

2. Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry

3. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

5. Working knowledge of resort operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and inventory management, preferably with a working knowledge of REI

6. A valid driver's licence and the ability to work flexible hours, including afterhours, weekends and public holidays
