About The Opportunity
As an Enrolled, you will work under the direction and supervision of our Registered Nurses to support and care for patients. Your role is vital in ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for every individual in our care.
Role
This position plays a key role in ensuring continuity of care and enhancing the overall patient experience. In this role you will:
Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide physical and psychological comfort and support. Assist with patient assessment including observation and monitoring of Mental health status. Collect and report accurate health care information and maintain accurate health care documentation. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with patients, carers and other health care team members/colleagues regarding nursing care.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication (including intravenous medication administration). Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the position speciality. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Understanding of team nursing & demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
