Your Role

The role involves supervising and mentoring a team of support workers to deliver consistently high-quality and dignified care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs. The successful candidate will receive dedicated mentorship from an experienced Service Manager, focusing on strategic support that empowers CYP to achieve their individualised goals and exercise choice and control over their lives.

What You Need

Advanced leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and effective conflict resolution abilities.

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and/or mental health concerns.Cert IV or Diploma in Disability/Community/Children’s Services (or identify as Aboriginal and willing to work towards one).Commitment to person-centred practice and inclusivity.
