Full-Time Administrative Assistant

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare, format, and file documents; maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Answer calls, and provide exceptional client service
  • Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping support, and generate reports
  • Coordinate projects, tasks, and deadlines; prioritise work efficiently
  • Assist with correspondence, and standard office routines
  • Identify process improvements and implement practical solutions
  • Assist with preparation of Legal Claims

What we’re looking for:

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills: proficient with Excel comfortable with databases and email platforms
  • Sharp problem-solver who can think creatively and “outside the square”
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior admin/office experience is beneficial

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with CRM, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping
  • Prior experience / Knowledge in QCAT/ Magistrates Court processes
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Hours: Monday–Thursday , 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM-4:00PM
