About the Role

As our Distribution Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating mobile plant equipment, including front-end loaders, skid-steers, and forklift safely.
  • Weighbridge operations, loading bulk products into trucks via computerised batching system.
  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient customer service.
  • Check incoming goods against orders and moving product to the correct storage bays
  • Accurately recording delivery documentation
  • Assisting with shipping and receiving activities according to the shipping schedule
  • Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and maintenance of plant and equipment (if qualified)
  • Champion and comply with health and safety standards, ensuring safe operating procedures are adhered to.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Good IT and technical skills to learn new systems quickly
  • Must be flexible with working hours during peak season to cater for shipping demands and extended warehouse hours.  Occasional weekend work will be required.
  • Full Australian working rights

Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not essential:

  • Warehouse distribution or logistics experience
  • Experience in operating front-end loaders, skid-steer and forklift
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook & internet) 
  • Experience with weighbridge operations
  • Knowledge of fertiliser products
