WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

Step into a dynamic 50/50 dual role managing both face-to-face customer sales and essential warehouse operations for our client. You will balance technical stock tasks with client interaction, ensuring seamless service from the initial inquiry to final product loading.

Duties

• Advise customers on products in person and via phone

• Process sales, invoices, and general admin via computer

• Perform regular stock takes and inventory management

• Handle and prep gas bottles (up to 20kg) for delivery

• Test and tag equipment to identify and resolve faults

• Assist customers with physical loading of products

Skills & experience

• Valid Forklift License and proven yard/warehouse experience

• Strong computer literacy for administrative tasks

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Physical fitness to pass a PEM medical and police check

• Ability to work independently with a positive, team-first attitude
