Edenhills, part of the InvoCare Group, is Australia's leading provider of pet cremation and aftercare services. We proudly partner with veterinary practices to deliver compassionate, high‑quality support for families during some of their most difficult moments.

We're seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to nurture and grow partnerships with veterinary clinics across the region. In this role, you'll champion our services, train clinic teams, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional care to pet owners through our trusted vet partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with veterinary owners, practice managers, and clinical teams
• Promote our services, products, and aftercare offerings through regular visits and training sessions
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective vet clinics
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
• Manage client expectations, investigate concerns, and work toward positive resolutions
• Attend industry conferences, expos, and team meetings
• Meet sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records
• Prepare reports, maintain data quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You'll be a natural relationship builder with a strong service mindset and the confidence to represent our brand with empathy and professionalism. You bring:

• A proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (5+ years preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience managing large geographic territories
• Strong customer focus with excellent problem‑solving skills
• CRM experience and confidence using Microsoft Office
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
• A positive, composed approach-especially under pressure
