About the role

We are seeking passionate Casual Student Supervisors to join our team at Ace Buses in Gracemere, Rockhampton, QLD. As a Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely transporting special needs students to and from school each day, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as needed to suit your schedule. The role is a maximum of 20 hours a week and split shifts.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Adhering to the Code of Conduct for Child Safety
• Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle
• Providing excellent customer service to students and their families
• Communicating effectively with the office, Driver, students, school administration and parents as needed

What we're looking for

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Card) QLD
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to use company technology
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well with children
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our school routes
