The Role – Appointment Setter

We’re looking for one confident, reliable Appointment Setter to join our Gold Coast team in Broadbeach. You’ll be calling New Zealand-based customers on behalf of a trusted insurance brokerage – booking in policy reviews or gathering basic information.

Start as Casual and pass your first 4 weeks to become full time permanent.

This is a fully trained, phone-based role, and we’re open to candidates with or without previous experience – as long as you’ve got strong communication skills and the right attitude.

The Offer

• $60,000 base salary + Commission

• Monday to Friday only (7:30am–3:30pm) – no nights, weekends, or public holidays

• Full training provided

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to existing or interested customers in New Zealand

• Booking appointments or collecting info for insurance policy reviews

• Logging details clearly and passing them to our specialist team

• Working to daily KPIs with training and coaching provided

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone manner and confident communication

• Ideally some experience in sales, customer service, retail or admin – but not essential

• Clear English, good attention to detail, and solid work ethic

• Must have full-time availability.

• Working holiday visa holders welcome – minimum 6-month commitment preferred
