We’re looking for a Labourer to join our on‑site construction team, working on a high‑quality residential development.

Labourer who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work, and brings a strong work ethic to site every day.

What You’ll Do

• Support day‑to‑day construction activities on a residential build
• Assist trades and site teams to ensure work progresses safely and efficiently
• For Leading Hand: undertake tasks such as painting touch‑ups, plastering, and basic carpentry
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive site culture

About You

You enjoy practical, hands‑on work and being part of a team that delivers quality outcomes. You’re dependable, safety‑focused, and looking for an opportunity that offers stability, development, and a clear pathway to grow your career in construction.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Labouring experience, ideally in residential construction
• Current White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Own tools, steel‑cap boots and high‑vis (can be supplied if required)
• Desirable but not essential: Bobcat, Forklift or other relevant tickets.
