Chuckles childcare Centre is seeking an experiences and passionate Nominated Supervisor/ Center Director to lead our well-established, community-focused Centre. We are proud to be a highly rated Exceeding serv ice since 2017, reflecting our strong commitment to quality education and care.

About the role:
This fulltime leadership role is responsible for the overall operation of the centre including:

• Overseeing daily Centre-operations

• Staff leadership, mentoring, rostering, and maintaining ratios

• Ensuring compliance with the NQS and EYLF

• supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs

• Building strong relationships with families and the local community

About you:

• Minimum 2 years experiences as a Nominated supervisor or Director

• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) desirable but not essential

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Passion for quality early childhood and team development
