KITCHEN LEADER WANTED – TURN UP THE HEAT IN THE RED CENTRE

In the heart of Alice Springs, NT The Tropic of Capricorn is set to open soon , and we are on the hunt for a hands-on kitchen leader to run the show!

Think woodfired pizzas, modern Aussie eats, elevated pub fare and a lush green beer garden built for sunset sessions, laidback hangs and good vibes.

We’re all about bold flavours, cool tunes and great food – and we want you to bring the spark.

This is your gig if you are:

- A culinary creative bursting with ideas (and know how to plate them)

- Experienced in modern Aussie fare (min. 3 years)

- A natural kitchen leader who loves inspiring others

- Organised, reliable and cool under pressure

- Positive, hands on and ready to make things happen

- Bonus points if you’ve got pizza skills

What you’ll be doing:

- Running the show during lunch & dinner service (yes, we mean hands-on!)

- Crafting menus and weekly specials

- Taking care of ordering stock and prep

- Supporting and supervising the kitchen team

- Keeping the standards high and the vibe stress-free

- Making sure everything runs safe, smooth and delicious
