About the role

This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy medical clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

• Managing patient bookings, scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate medical records

• Handling patient enquiries and providing general information about the clinic's services

• Assisting with the daily preparation of the clinic, including cleaning, restocking and ensuring we are ready for operation

• Close communication with staff and healthcare providers

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and administrative protocols

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 months' experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, medical staff and other stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Proficient in using medical practice management software, general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and Gmail, as well as fast and accurate typing skills.

• Passion for providing high-quality customer service

• Adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team environment
