Position Overview

A fantastic opportunity is available for a highly organised, client focused and results driven Tenders Coordinator seeking a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisation! The Tenders Coordinator is responsible for collating and responding to all incoming tender requests to ensure these are completed by the relevant team at each site.

This position is suited to an individual with demonstrated experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry. To be successful in this role you will be results driven, sales hungry and continuously motivated to exceed your sales targets!

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday in the Molendinar office.

Key Responsibilities

Collate all incoming tenders from SE QLD sales team
Delegate the tender requests to the appropriate internal salesperson to complete
Log active tenders on BCI and the live spreadsheet daily as updates occur
Provide valuable tender information concerning the who/what/where/when about the Tender
Provide the relevant information regarding tenders to assist to achieve sales budgets and the overall company budget of Concrete, Ferrous and Civil Warehouse Sales
Recognising standard products and high margin special products
Diligently follow up tenders between internal and external parties
Provide monthly reports on volume of tenders including won/lost

Skills and Experiences:
What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience working in the manufacturing, construction (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience working with concrete products (highly desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
  • Love working in a vibrant and close-knit team
