Metso is seeking an experienced Repairs Coordination Team Lead to lead a team of coordinators and ensure the safe, timely and profitable delivery of repairs services.

About the role:
You will lead day‑to‑day repairs coordination activities, support and develop your team, manage planning and scheduling, and act as a key point of contact for customers, workshops and sub‑contractors. The role combines leadership, technical repairs knowledge and strong customer engagement.

What you’ll do:
Lead and coach a team of Repairs Coordinators
Monitor DIFOT and drive on‑time, in‑full delivery
Coordinate repairs from receipt through to dispatch
Develop repair scopes, cost estimates and customer proposals
Liaise with customers, workshops and vendors on job progress
Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure repairs meet Metso standards
Review job margins, forecasting and reporting
Manage customer communication and resolve feedback issues

Who you are:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in repairs or services coordination
Strong leadership, planning and customer liaison skills
Sound commercial and technical understanding of repairs
Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving ability
Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience highly regarded
Metso product experience (desirable)
QA/QC auditing or financial reporting experience (desirable)
