Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. The Project Administrator will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Monitor project progress and report on status to project managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
  • Manage project-related correspondence and communication
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Support project managers in the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Provide administrative support to project teams as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project administration or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
