About the Position

Are you a highly organised and community-minded professional with a passion for delivering high-quality events and creating meaningful local experiences? We are seeking a motivated Signature Events Officer to join our Communities team in Tom Price.

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Shire’s signature events, festivals, and community celebrations. Reporting to the Manager Communities, you will work closely with internal teams, community groups, vendors, volunteers, and external stakeholders to deliver safe, inclusive, and engaging events that enhance liveability, strengthen community connections, and support local economic development.

You will play a key role in coordinating event logistics, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, facilitating community-led initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety, permit, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to positive community outcomes and memorable experiences across the Shire.
