The team at Flexiforce are seeking a skilled Welder to join the Final Assembly team for manufacturing company in Goulburn specialising in the fabrication and completion of metal door frames. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and thrives in a workshop environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on steel door frame components
• Assemble and finish metal door frames to specification
• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Operate workshop tools and equipment safely
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

About You

• Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator
• Competent in MIG/TIG welding (qualification desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
