Company: Flower Master Pty Ltd Role: Sales Analyst Position: Full Time Permanent Salary: $ 80,000 to 90,000 / annum, plus 12% super Location: Oakford WA 6121 Role: Responsible to analyse, organise and interpret sales, customer and product data to provide insights that support strategic decision across pricing, forecasting, customer performance and product optimisation. This role is essential in ensuring data integrity, improving reporting systems and enabling Flower Master to maximise commercial performance. Task & responsibilities

  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting sales, customer, product and market data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining analytical dashboards, forecasting models and KPI reporting framework.
  • Evaluating sales performance, profitability, seasonal patterns, customer behaviour and product lifecycle metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making across Sales, Operations, Procurement and Executive teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market conditions; prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Organise and manage large sets of complex data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Document analytical processes, reporting frameworks and data-management standards.
  • Support business improvement initiatives, new product evaluations, customer segmentation and portfolio optimisation.
  • Conduct ad-hoc investigations and prepare strategic briefing papers to guide organisational planning.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge systems and information management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or

Higher. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

  • Minimum 1 years full time experience in an analytical, sales-analysis or business-analysis role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel and experience in dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience analysing sales metrics, product performance, customer trends and pricing structures.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
