THE ROLE

As Accounts Officer you will provide support to the finance manager. This role provides support to The Signal Group’s management team and is a key link between Signal and Mulpha’s finance departments.

Key responsibilities will include;

Daily bank reconciliationReconcile invoices and identify discrepanciesAccounts payables & accounts receivableAssist with month end reportingParticipate in operational activities with the management team to improve bottom line results and operational efficienciesRaising invoices, credits, and purchase ordersReviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders, payroll and invoicesResponding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff

YOUR BACKGROUND

Previous accounts administration experience ideally within the manufacturing industry Experience with business process improvementsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsExperience in CRM and ERP softwareUnderstanding of Xero highly desirable
