Be the Friendly Face of Our Bundall Office

We’re looking for a professional, personable, and well‑organised Receptionist to join our Bundall team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a customer‑focused environment, and takes pride in contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.

This position offers flexibility around working hours, with part‑time or full‑time arrangements considered.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Answering a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and personable mannerGreeting clients and delivering a polished reception experienceBooking appointments and assisting with appointment preparationMaintaining clean, tidy, and client‑ready reception and kitchen areasManaging daily incoming and outgoing mailMaking weekly debtor calls and supporting client collectionsOrdering and restocking office suppliesCoordinating office repairs and maintenance as requiredProviding ad hoc administrative support including scanning, client correspondence, and general office tasks

About You

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service‑based roleConfident, professional communicator with a clear and friendly phone mannerHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable managing competing priorities in a busy office settingReliable, proactive, and willing to support the wider administration team
