We’re looking for passionate Chef de Partie chefs to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen at La Playa Restaurant & Bar.

The Role

• Run your section during high-volume service

• Deliver consistent, quality food at speed

• Prep efficiently and manage stock to minimise waste

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards

• Support and work alongside a strong, motivated team

About You

• Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)

• Confident in fast-paced casual dining environments

• Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Solid knowledge of food safety standards
