About The Role
This temporary role is an exciting opportunity to work with the respiratory coordinated care and chronic care team to enhance your skills and knowledge to improve the health of people with respiratory conditions. Comprehensive orientation and ongoing mentoring, training and support will be provided.
You will work with a diverse range of clients and carers across the life spectrum and within a multi-disciplinary team in outpatient, community and in-patient settings.
The position works collaboratively within a small multidisciplinary team and is based within the Primary & Community health team. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8/8:30am to 4:30/5pm.
