What You'll Be Doing

Provide assistance and support to the Allied Health team in the delivery of services to patients/clients under the direction and supervision of an allied health professional.

About You

You bring a solid foundation to the allied health field, supported by a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or an equivalent qualification. Your background includes hands‑on clinical experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals in hospital or healthcare environments, giving you a deep understanding of person‑centred care and the importance of dignity, safety, and compassion.

You communicate with clarity and confidence, demonstrating strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills that help you build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you thrive as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, contributing to shared goals and supporting allied health professionals in delivering high‑quality care.

Your work style is organised and reliable. You can prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your workload effectively, always staying within your scope of practice and seeking guidance when appropriate. You’re comfortable with technology, showing competence in Microsoft Office, email platforms, and general computer literacy.

With a current NSW driver’s licence, you’re flexible and able to travel as required, making you a dependable and adaptable member of any healthcare team.
