About The Opportunity

Our Windows Division is seeking a sales hunter to drive new business and support growth across the Gold Coast. This ontheroad role focuses on prospecting new trade and retail customers while supporting an existing customer base.

You’ll canvass new opportunities, visit builders and homeowners, measure on-site, promote our product range, provide quotes, follow up on leads, and plan activities to help you exceed targets and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new retail and trade customers
  • Execute business development strategies to drive leads and meet KPIs
  • Build product and industry knowledge
  • Manage contacts and activity via CRM systems
  • Interpret technical plans and assess/measure job projects
  • Undertake plan takeoffs
  • Prepare sales activity and pipeline reports

About YouYou’re an experienced building industry sales professional, ideally with windows, doors or similar product experience. You thrive on the chase, build strong relationships, negotiate confidently, and proactively uncover and close new business.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with architects, builders and trade channels
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to interpret technical product, regulatory and industry requirements
  • Competency using CRM systems for planning and customer management
