The Role
This challenging fixed term position will see you being responsible for delivering maintenance schedules for the Port Operations. Based at the Copper Refineries, you will report directly to the Port Maintenance Supervisor. This is a staff role, working a Monday to Friday roster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Delivery of weekly schedules through SAP for maintenance execution departments

Procurement of resources, parts and materials, ensuring availability for all scheduled work

Championing Maintenance Work Management process and mentoring team members

Supporting supervisors and management team to achieve MWM targets

Custodian of SAP ensuring all maintenance records are retained as per site standards

Arranging contractors for planned work and liaising with Operational Supervisor for scheduled work

The successful applicants will have:

Sound knowledge of the SAP maintenance system

Trade certificate or Asset Management qualification

Understanding of standards and statutory compliance requirements

Intermediate level of Microsoft office suite; Project, Excel, Word

Ability to demonstrate a high standard and commitment to a safe work culture

Sound communications skills to liaise with all levels within the business
