POSITION

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of internal and external practitioners, ensuring every case plan and intervention aligns with shared goals.
• Shape tailored solutions by selecting evidence-based assessments, frameworks, and interventions that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
• Drive meaningful outcomes through hands-on involvement—conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions alongside a collaborative team of specialists.
• Empower and mentor In-Home Therapy Assistants with guidance, education, and regular debriefing to bring therapeutic goals to life in the home environment.
• Full time, maximum term backfill opportunity until 13 August 2027.
• Level 6 under the SCHCADS award.
• Open to all suitably experienced internal candidates.
