Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic – Kwinana Beach, WA

Flex Industries, a family-owned business operating in Kwinana Beach, Kalgoorlie, and Southwest WA, is seeking self-motivated and safety-conscious Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanics for an immediate start. Join a growing team delivering mechanical and auto-electrical servicing across a wide variety of light and heavy vehicles, with optional onsite work that may take you across regional WA.

What You'll Do:

· Diagnose, repair, maintain, and test trucks, trailers, buses, and other diesel/mobile equipment

· Troubleshoot faults and complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes

· Communicate safety or maintenance issues to supervisors

· Comply with safety standards and workplace regulations

· Support the team and perform other duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Certificate III Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Trade Qualification

· Minimum 3 years post-trade experience in road transport or heavy vehicle repairs

· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

· Able to work independently and within a team

· C-class license (HR & DG desirable)

· Reliable, organized, with strong communication skills

· Safety-focused and able to pass medical/drug & alcohol testing

· Valid Australian work rights including work visa acceptable

Desirable: Electrical diagnostic capabilities, hydraulic, and welding experience; field service experience
