Experienced Flooring Sales Representative – Helensvale Carpet Court (And other locations)

Helensvale Carpet Court is looking for an exceptionally experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the flooring industry to join our amazing team!

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will manage your own leads and projects, providing a seamless experience for our customers from initial consultation to installation. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing in-store leads and customer enquiries

• Measuring properties and quoting on-site (experience here is a plus!)

• Entering jobs into the RFMS program

• Emailing clients invoices and managing communications

• Ordering products and coordinating installers

• Preparing work orders and tracking progress from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar sales role in the flooring industry

• Experience in window furnishings is highly beneficial not essential

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own projects from start to finish
