About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop hands-on skills in a structured, process-driven manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced machinists and follow documented procedures to learn:

·         Machine operation and basic setups

·         Checking and measuring

·         Quality checks and measurements

·         Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding

You will gain experience operating FICEP machinery, including bandsaws, beamlines, angle and flat bar machines, and plate cutting machines.

About You

This role would suit someone who is:

·         Mechanically minded

·         Reliable and punctual

·         Comfortable following instructions and procedures

·         Eager to learn and develop new skills

·         Interested in a long-term career in manufacturing

Previous machining experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
