What You Will Be Doing

The Contract Implementation Officer will lead and direct the operationalisation of state-wide contracts within the organisation. This includes overseeing change management and risk management activities with HNELHD stakeholders and vendors, as well as monitoring progress and reporting to the Manager, District Procurement. This role will be central to establishing and tracking project KPIs, ensuring contracts are implemented within agreed timeframes and that all project deliverables are met. The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of the District Procurement Team.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team and provide financial management support through the analysis of procurement data, including calculating and reporting on the financial impact of new contracts and monitoring the performance of both new and existing contracts.

Key Accountabilities

Lead the implementation of state-wide contracts across HNELHD, ensuring smooth operationalisation.Coordinate change management and risk management activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Develop, establish, and track project KPIs to ensure timely delivery of all contract-related milestones.Monitor project progress and provide accurate and timely reporting to the Manager, District Procurement.Manage NSW Whole of Health Contracts within the district, ensuring compliance and effective utilisation.Analyse procurement and financial data to support stakeholders with contract-related decision-making.Calculate, report, and communicate the financial impacts of new contract implementations across the District.Conduct ongoing monitoring of financial and operational performance of new and existing contracts.Work collaboratively within the District Procurement Team to support district-wide procurement initiatives and provide expert advice.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of engagement and support throughout contract implementation.
